Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to support the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will lead internal initiatives to operationalize and optimize the sales programs that we offer to Eterna’s 100+ independent health & life insurance agents. As a critical part of our operations team, you will directly report to the Chief Operating Officer and help to shape and execute strategies to scale the impact our existing agents, recruit new independent insurance agents, and enable data-driven decisions to improve our operation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Support: Partner with the COO to manage and execute the company’s operational priorities that align with Eterna’s growth strategy.
• Project Management: Oversee critical cross-functional projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Streamline Operations: Identify and address bottlenecks in operational processes, implementing systems and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights by gathering and analyzing data related to key performance metrics, operations, and strategic initiatives.
• Company-wide Alignment: Serve as a communication bridge across teams and departments to encourage collaboration and maintain consistent prioritization across departments.
• Scaling Operations: Collaborate with the Executive Team to build and refine processes that support our rapidly growing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth or tech-enabled environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
