Job Description: This position is 100% remote



The consultant will play a role in helping the business continue to evolve and execute on the commitment to our customers. This consultant, will support their Manager, will work with the Claims Operations team within the Global Technology Organization (GTO) as well as the Customer Service teams (supporting Sales) to direct and lead the research programs delivering transactional NPS as well as Customer Satisfaction metrics to the organization. In this role, they will also work with their manager to strengthen our key partner relationships, drive efficiency and best practices into the organization, continue to help evolve the program and deliver added business value through insights. These insights should help enable the customer councils focus areas and in defining actions to improve our customer relationships.



Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:



" 2+ years of solid project management experience, proactive coordination of in-process projects and future needs



" Previous experience making/contributing to recommendations, prioritize, manage and track multiple projects



" 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and adaptability to learn new software as needed



" Service mindset, with a strong understanding of customer service needs and proven track record of collaboration



" Strong creative problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability in problem solving diagnosis (i.e., asking scoping questions to understand what the business partner needs, as opposed to the information they want)



" Ability to translate data and learnings into actionable recommendations



" Strong attention to detail and a team player with experience interacting with different functional areas and personality styles



Key Responsibilities:



Project Coordination (30%):



" Partner with product marketing lead(s) to understand project scope, strategy, and expectations



" Quickly get up to speed on relevant legal requirements, systems, and process



" Manage multiple event timelines, needs and feedback



" Helps manage partner relationships through day-to-day interactions



" Design and manage ad-hoc surveys in support of other strategy initiatives involving marketing, product partners and customer employees



Voice of the Customer Program Development & Maintenance (70%):



" Advise team of upcoming partner needs and support development of new VOC studies



" Troubleshooting where necessary to ensure program success



" Collaborate with Marketing, key internal business stakeholders (US Customer Service Consultants, Global Technology stakeholders including Claims/Call Center) and external partners (Medallia, Radius, Rainmaker)



" Works directly with partners to manage delivery of data and understanding of all tNPS/CSAT studies; Works with manager to oversee communication to internal stakeholders



" Proactively identifies process and project management improvements or enhancements to oversample studies and overall Voice of Customer program



" Supports manager in overall Voice of Customer (tNPS + rNPS) program management, including communications and timelines



" Design, lead and manage multiple manual secure file transfer processes
