Medical Assistant Or LVN With A Focus In Cosmetics

We are a busy Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery practice looking for an experienced Medical Assistant or LVN with a focus in Cosmetics to join our team. This Medical Assistant or LVN will work exclusively with one of our premier Facial Plastic Surgeons in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate can work in a high volume procedure based clinic and provide exceptional customer service with attention to detail delivering five star service with a warm and genuine demeanor. This position requires intimate knowledge on injectables and cosmetic procedures.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Ability to effectively communicate with patients on medical services rendered, along with clinic policies and procedures.
Focus on building patient relationships and selling services and/or products.
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast paced environment.
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with the client and management team.

Qualifications:

Must be able to demonstrate full competency in sterile set ups and assisting in surgery using this technique.
Creating a positive environment for the patients
Superior communication skills and warm personality
Experience in the medical field and EMR documentation
1 year experience working in a medical and/or cosmetic practice (preferred)
