We are looking for an experienced Optician to join our small optical team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in optical services and be comfortable working in a close-knit environment.

Responsibilities:

• Order spectacle lenses and contact lenses

• Read spectacle lenses and prism manually

• Fit frames, measure, and mark spectacle lenses according to the patient’s prescription and needs

• Perform adjustments and repairs while troubleshooting patient concerns

• Answer phones and schedule appointments

• Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with frame and lens selection

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an optical setting

• Strong knowledge of lenses, prescriptions, and optical measurements

• Ability to perform manual lens reading and fitting

• Strong problem-solving skills for adjustments and repairs

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

A hands-on demonstration will be required prior to hiring.
