- Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Release Strategies, Invoice Verification).
- Solid working knowledge of SAP PM – maintenance planning, work orders, and integration with MM.
- Experience with cross-module integrations, especially with FI (GR/IR, invoice processing), SD (third-party procurement), and WM (goods movement).
- Strong understanding of S/4 HANA functionalities, Fiori apps relevant to P2 P, and differences from ECC.
- Experience in managing AMS processes – ticket lifecycle, SLA, knowledge base, incident vs service request handling.
- Ability to analyze complex business issues, identify root causes, and recommend process/system improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service delivery processes.
