12wk contract (maternity leave) 40HPW, 5x8hr DAYS 0800-1630 Wkend Requirement: On call 0800-1200, 1 Saturday/month No Vacation requirement. On Call Requirement: The on call, 1 Saturday/month (8-12). Required: WI SLP license No new grads. Must have 2yrs of experience, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and BLS. The SLP should have familiarity and be comfortable completing videofluoroscopic swallow studies and able to provide ICU level of care.
