Job Description:

The requirement is to test the E911 application that runs on Windows desktop or on Windows server.

• This is the highest priority skill requirement, where they are looking for a tester who can test complex and critical applications that run on Windows.
• Should be able to test and troubleshoot the installation and uninstallation of Windows applications.
• This would call for registry management knowledge.
• All positive and destructive testing during installation and uninstallation, including system status after uninstallation.
• Should be able to make/change various Windows configurations, memory management, task management, control panel, etc.
• As this is an E911 application, it is expected to have telephony features integrated, so should be able to test relevant areas.
• This skill dominates up to 85% of this position.
• Good if the candidate has Windows admin experience in his/her career.
