Job Description: Retail associates are responsible for the front line interactions with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, respectful, and enthusiastic manner Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find items that match their needs and interests Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and labeled Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments Support store promotions, seasonal displays, and special events Uphold company values and represent the brand with pride and professionalism Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Interest in or appreciation for patriotic themes and products Work Environment: Retail store setting with frequent customer interaction Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 2540 lbs)Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
