What you will do:
The Pharmacy Manager provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant medication services. This role is responsible for managing pharmacy staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing inventory and financial performance, and collaborating closely with clinical teams to support excellent patient care.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who models professionalism, accountability, and teamwork while driving operational excellence and patient safety.
Education and Experience:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university is required
Current, valid, unrestricted pharmacist license in the State of Pennsylvania
Minimum 3–5 years of pharmacy practice experience; at least 1 year of supervisory experience required
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or 340 B experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Knowledge of pharmacy compliance regulations and standards
Familiarity with pharmacy software and EHR systems (e.g., Next Gen, Epic, QS/1)
Must be able to present a positive, enthusiastic, and tolerant demeanor while directly working with patients and other staff members
Work Environment:
Clinical and pharmacy setting
Ability to stand for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
Occasional travel between sites may be required
