PRODUCER



FaZe Clan is building a world class content organization that will develop, produce and distribute content across multiple platforms and engage a variety of audiences. Working closely with the Content and Creative Teams, the Sr. Producer is responsible for overseeing the schedule, production and delivery of content for FaZe Clan channels and other content initiatives. This role will be supported by producers, editors, production managers, designers and the creative team to create a content calendar and plan that will grow reach and engagement, lift the FaZe Clan brand and maximize ROI.



The Sr. Producer will be a key part of executing organic content that will feed the FaZe Clan YT main channel as well as FaZe social channels. This role will work with other producers and directors in the field to ensure that content is being created and delivered in a consistent and efficient manner. The Sr. Producer will be responsible for producing and delivering content against a programming calendar and sponsor deliverables, as well as working with talent to come up with ideas for segments, shows, and all content. FaZe is looking for someone who has deep experience in creating Youtube/Social/Branded style content and premium storytelling, who can work seamlessly with talent and lead production teams to execute the vision.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop and produce serialized and one-off organic content for FaZe Clan - formats include vlogs, branded content, pranks, challenges, game shows and other endemic formats 



Oversee content production and crew in remote locations



Work closely with Department heads and VP of Development to create content for the



FaZe Clan ecosystem



Partner with talent to develop and execute ideas for FaZe content



Manage creative staff of editors and designers



Work cross-org with Talent and Sales to fulfill deliverables and identify opportunities for talent



Create programming that aligns to FaZe Clan overall business objectives



Work with production to deliver projects on schedule and on budget. You will have dedicated project coordinator.



You’ll assist with overseeing the production and execution of multiple shows at once.



Ability to identify RTT moments or popular trending topics.



Experience in pre-production including: researching episodes, creating and updating show schedules, budgeting, writing outlines, ideating concepts and working closely with high-end talent, and making decks.



QUALIFICATIONS



At least 5 years of experience producing custom YT/ social content / TV/ Commercial



Must have experience field producing



Must be an idea factory, always coming up with new ways to keep content fresh.



Mastery of major social media platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram,



YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, LinkedIn, Shazam, Tumblr.



Strong storytelling abilities and writing skills. Must be able to provide samples of previous work.



Experience organizing and leading photo and video shoots.



Must be a quick learner, able to take the reins on a project with limited guidance.



Flexible schedule including ability (and eagerness) to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends



Familiar with remote production.



Possess the ability to adapt to various styles of storytelling production.
