Job Description: Product Management - Financial Crime Investigator Platform



Product Management at bank requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.



In this role, youll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:

Human Centered

Youll lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs

Youll turn these customer insights into actionable work that will defines the priorities for your team



Business Focused

Youll own and prioritize the short-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successful

Youll be responsible for measuring and tracking to key KPIs

Technology Driven



Youll have an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem

Youll work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the ultimately customer experience your team will deliver always looking to ensure youre using the best tool for the job



Transformational Leadership

Youll rally your teams and stakeholders to your products vision and proactively leverage relationships throughout the ecosystem to get alignment and influence prioritization across partner teams



As part of the Financial Crime Investigator Platforms Team youll have the opportunity to:

Design and build software, focused on getting timely, high-quality leads to law enforcement, which safeguards not only our company, but our community and our country

Reimagine how we do financial crime investigations at bank, inclusive of transformational process changes

Navigate the complex bank data environment using innovation solutions to create insights and visualize data for an Enterprise problem

Basic Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in digital product management



Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Agile product management

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
