Alaant is hiring a self-motivated, entry-level Project Coordinator to assist with operational tasks in an innovative pharmaceutical company. Our client is a leading research and development company that specializes in manufacturing treatments for serious medical conditions.


As the Project Coordinator you will demonstrate strong written and interpersonal skills to build relationships with department leads. You will manage project information and metrics to support staff within the Quality Assurance department.

Hours and Benefits for the entry-level Project Coordinator:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Paid Time Off offered on an accrual basis

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Package offered after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities for the entry-level Project Coordinator:

Support management with creation of templates, tracking and monitoring tools and general training support

Track status and timelines of record review and approvals

Prepare charts, reports, and metrics for QA review

Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and hurdles in supply chain

Schedule and organize meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and more


Requirements for the entry-level Project Coordinator:

Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree plus experience required

Internship experience in Management or Project Management preferred
