Project management with experience in Agile scrum environment



Work as Scrum master and project manager as project demands



Use MS Project with minimal instruction, utilize different views in MS Project for project performance calls



Understands the business purpose and benefits of every requirement



Has performed schedule buffer analysis, develop what-if plan, provide assistance in requirement gathering/tracking,



Skills in writing User stories and Tasks



Estimation, planning timeline, backlog grooming,



In-depth knowledge and experience of using ALM tools like ADO or Jira



Follow up to update tasks status and burn down chart on regular basis



Status reporting to different level or audiences



Work with PO to prioritize the stories to make the best possible product features available to customers on time.



Change management experience using some tool



Release management and coordination experience



Team player, closely work with team with a sense of one team to achieve one goal for all.



Agile certifications are required, Preferable SAFe Agile.
