Property Controller

My client, one of Central New Jersey's most respected Real Estate owner/developers is hiring a Property Controller. You will be responsible for all aspects of accounting including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, AP, and AR.



Day to day you will be responsible for:



Budget to Actuals



Reviewing Tenant Direct Billbacks



Prepare/review true-up recoveries for CAM, tax, insurance, and management fees



Review all leases



Supervise staff



The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting or Finance, 7+ years of commercial and residential ( HOA and CONDO Association) property accounting experience, Intermediate Excel and YARDI experience.
