Position: Licensed Mental Health Professional

The Role

We are seeking a fully licensed mental health professional (LP, LCSW, LMHC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual and couple therapy, working with a caseload of 15 - 35 patients. This role offers a flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

- Deliver psychotherapy to individuals and couples.
- Write progress notes.
- Track patient engagement for billing purposes.

Requirements:
- Licensing: Must be licensed to practice in New York State (LP, LMHC, LCSW ).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in psychotherapy, with experience or a strong interest in working with the LGBTQIA community.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills in patient rapport, goal setting, and treatment modalities. Experience with mood and substance use disorders is required.
- Modalities: Knowledge or certification in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic, or EMDR is a plus.
- Availability: Flexible schedule; preference for candidates able to work some weekends (not required).

Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $62,000 - $102,000 per year.
