As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for meeting your quarterly goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be directly reporting to the SVP of Business Development and will be working with other team members who will not only assist and guide but also train in your daily tasks and duties. We're looking for a goal-oriented professional who values productivity and client interaction. Responsible for ensuring the creation and maintenance of business plans utilizing CRM, with targeted new accounts and completely mapped territories and calendars.

Manage assigned territory in an organized and systematic fashion. Develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new and inactive customers.

Business Development Manager will be held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts.

Strong Technical Staffing experience preferably in IT and/or Healthcare is preferred but will consider experience in Engineering or Nursing.

Maintain active participation and membership in networking and niche IT organizations.

Maintain consistency and integrity of data


3 years' experience servicing, supporting, developing, and generating new business and major accounts.

Recruiting experience highly preferred technical background highly preferred Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in comparable field preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

MUST have Experience in staffing industry preferably in Contract Staffing

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to, outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint.

Experience and hands on knowledge of Vendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal and giving presentations.

Strong problem-solving abilities and tenacity to build solutions from scratch

Flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Meet with Manager, and inside staff on a regular basis to communicate all customer service priorities and business/sales opportunities.

Extensive sales experience in a services environment preferred.

Partner with recruiting to schedule a qualify call in order to gain accurate job descriptions and understand company requirements and cultures so that an accurate match can be made.

Generate viable job orders from new and inactive accounts. *Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone and other electronic media.

Provide information on customers or prospects for bids and proposals within assigned territory.

Focus business development and diversification in keeping with regional and national strategy.
