Position: Service Coordinator Reports to: Shannon DavisLocation: Baltimore, MDSalary Range: $20.00-$25.00Business Unit: Security Employee Type: Non-Exempt MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator in the Baltimore, MD to support our fast-growing Security division. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Scheduling daily work with little downtime and updating WIP.Assessing service needs of customers and connecting them with resources.Ensuring each customer is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.Maintaining good relationships with customers to keep customer base.Completing tickets properly and on-time.Answering telephones and responding to email inquiries.Fostering a safe work environment.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM: 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experiencePrevious administrative experience preferred.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.High quality organizational skills.The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical environment requires the employee to work inside. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
