Full time salary positionHours: Standard hours Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), additional time may be necessary in order to complete assignments. JOB SUMMARY:As a Service Coordinator, your duties are to maintain the office management activities for the Service department. This includes but not limited to scheduling, dispatch, monitors daily work load, collecting documents, perform data entry, billings, monitors and answering phones to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for the department.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:•Prioritizes and schedules work assignments in conjunction with the Service Manager, continually updating the dispatch board.•Communicates status of schedules and work assignments with customer.•Coordinate equipment and/or material for projects/service calls. •Ensures work completed matches approved scope.•Work with the Service Manager to review reports.•Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.•Provide backup assistance on phones for the administrative assistance.•Other duties as assigned.QualificationsThe qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.Education, Training, Certifications:•HS Diploma or equivalent required.Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:•Valid driver's license.•3 years of professional computer skills. Use of Microsoft Office required. •Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.•Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.•Electrical maintenance or construction knowledge preferred.•Experience with ComputerEase preferred. •Efficient time management skills developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize initiatives and business goals.•Demonstrated critical thinking skills.•Collaborator and ability to work with all levels of employees.•Strong diligence and accuracy•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long periods.
