Agility Partners is seeking a qualified M365 Share Point Online Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Share Point Technical Business Analyst to collaborate closely with end users, analyze business needs, and guide them to optimal solutions primarily within M365.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users and customers to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Design and propose creative solutions using Share Point Online and the M365 Power Platform.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution demonstrations.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of Share Point Online, including site collection administration and customization.
- Experience with the M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven ability to work closely with end users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and experience in agile environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
- Must be local to the Cincinnati area and available in-office 3-4 days per week.
