Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineers to design, integrate, and manage complex defense systems. The ideal candidates can be involved in all phases of the system engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to integration, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage system requirements and specifications
• Design and integrate complex systems for aerospace and defense applications
• Conduct system modeling, simulation, and analysis
• Perform system testing, verification, and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility and performance
• Develop and maintain system documentation and technical reports
• Ensure systems meet all requirements of quality, reliability, security, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Base Qualifications:

• B. S. degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices
• Experience with system modeling tools such as Cameo EA, MATLAB, Simulink, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Other Qualifications Required:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• U. S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the projects

Experience Levels:

• Junior Systems Engineer (2-4 years of experience):
  • Basic understanding of systems engineering principles
  • Familiarity with system modeling and simulation tools
  • Experience with basic system testing and validation
• Journeyman Systems Engineer (5-9 years of experience):
  • Proficient in systems engineering processes and methodologies
  • Experience with requirements management and system integration
  • Ability to lead small projects and mentor junior engineers
• Senior Systems Engineer (10-17 years of experience):
  • Extensive experience in system architecture and design
  • Proven track record of delivering complex system projects
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead large teams
• Principal Systems Engineer (17+ years of experience):
  • Expert in systems engineering with extensive industry knowledge
  • Experience in strategic planning and project management
  • Ability to influence and drive technical direction and innovation
