You’re someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and leading teams through technical transformation. You’ve got hands-on experience with plastic injection moulding and know how to get the best out of people, processes, and machinery.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and refining injection moulding processes to boost efficiency and quality

Managing tooling, machinery maintenance, and process development

Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline operations

Collaborating with design, production, and quality teams for seamless project delivery

Supporting, coaching, and developing technical teams

Ensuring all activities meet regulatory, safety, and industry standards

What we’re looking for:

A proven track record in a similar Technical Manager role within plastic injection moulding

Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes, tooling, and materials

A hands-on leader who can troubleshoot, optimise and inspire

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A natural motivator with a proactive, detail-focused mindset
