Summary



Client s is looking for talents to explore the next generation display technologies. The candidate must be an out-of-box thinker and eager to explore creative solutions to solve challenging problems. In this unique position, the candidate will work with the Client s Display Engineering team in Santa Clara Valley to develop new methods to improve display performance, validate system integration, support mass production, and being responsible for the front-of-screen experience of Client s device displays.



Key Qualifications



Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem solving skills.



Strong programming skills in Python and ideally familiar with MATLAB/C/C++



Solid fundamentals in one of the following engineering/optics/signal processing/physics background to enable fast mastering of display technology



Hands-on lab experiences including data acquisition using test equipment are highly desirable



Familiar with linux enterprise



Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills



Knowledge and experience in displays is a plus



Self-motivated, independent, sense of responsibility

Bring up of prototype hardware



Coding to debug/improve existing scripts and automation



Characterize display performance through hands on measurements



Data analysis to evaluate electrical and optical performance



Assist team members in troubleshooting failures to root cause



Education



B.S. with 5 years experience or M.S. with 2 years experience in Engineering, Optics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields
