Job Description
This position requires weekly commute to either our Asheville, or Charlotte NC, or Columbia SC office locations as needed. Primary support will be for local users and secondary support will be as part of a team supporting users from all branches in NC & SC. The candidate will administer desktop support for all desktop hardware and software, will image and deliver new computers, setup new users, troubleshoot printers and maintain network security and documentation. The candidate will work in a help-desk environment and face to face with employees. The candidate will answer technical questions of all end users and escalate issues as required. The candidate will be expected to deliver one-on-one or group classroom training to employees. The candidate will meticulously track the details of all work completed and organize their time effectively. The candidate must have a strong commitment to providing the best customer service possible and the ability to communicate with people with varying degrees of technological knowledge. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills are required. Prefer candidates with a minimum two-year degree, certification or equivalent in computer science plus two years' help desk or equivalent experience. Candidates with knowledge in the following areas are required: TCP/IP networks and wireless network security; Windows desktop operating systems; Microsoft Active Directory Services; Office 365; WAN/LAN; and Internet. Candidates with knowledge in the following areas are required: TCP/IP networks and wireless network security; Windows desktop operating systems; Microsoft Active Directory Services; Office 365; WAN/LAN; and Internet. Candidates with additional knowledge in the following areas are preferred: Aderant Expert, Net Documents, Windows 11 and Office 365 Sharepoint. Travel is required on a continual basis, overtime and overnight as needed. Must be able to lift and transport 50 lbs. Hours may vary.

This position is a hybrid position that requires weekly travel, rotating between the Asheville, NC, Charlotte, NC , and Columbia, SC office dependent on needs of the firm. Preferably located in the Greenville/Spartanburg area. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Occasional travel to Raleigh or Wilmington, NC office locations could be required, if necessary.
Prefer candidates with a minimum two-year degree, certification or equivalent in computer science plus two years' help desk or equivalent experience.
