High-Level Overview



The Learning Enablement Analyst will be responsible for managing and solving first level Learning Management System (LMS) user request and issues. The analyst will assist with the development, and assignment of trainings in the LMS and within other learning technology solutions.



This role will support the Frontline Employee Experience initiative by focusing on best-in-class digital experience throughout the three phases of the employee life cycle: sourcing to onboard, onboarding for new hires, and engagement and growth (Approx. 30,000 Users).



Daily Functions Within the Role:



" Collaborates / works with Associate Manager to maintain employee hierarchy, groups / titles, etc. Within the LMS for all Frontline and Frontline Leader training (e.g. field governance, onboarding, etc.)



" Builds and delivers completion reporting & level evaluation results (if applicable)



" Governs different program structures within platform: Frontline onboarding, academies, field governance, etc.



" Maintains assignment hierarchies and rules (e.g. groups, dates, sets of locations, etc.)



" Create and share reports



" Analyzes and builds robust reporting by period and / or group for tracking



" Manages report subscription cadences and links to measurement platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)



" Manage curriculum, certifications, courses, learner registration,



" Manage learner data management, compliance management, & field learner queries



" Create dashboards + conduct evaluation and feedback



" Build partnerships/relationships with stakeholders within (HR Ops, PBNA, HRBP s, etc.)



Specific Skills Needed:



" Ability to manage ambiguous situations, conflicting priorities and react to urgent situations



" Strict attention to detail and ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines



" Able to work independently and as a member of a broader team



" Ability to provide strategic consultation and hands-on development and delivery



" Ability to engage with client groups, including senior business leaders and senior HR leaders, to assess needs and develop appropriate solutions



Qualifications:



" Bachelor s Degree Required (Data analytics, Technology Management)



" Three years of related business experience



" Expertise with data analysis (master data, organization, spreadsheets, lookups, formulas, hierarchies, etc.)



" Learning Management System experience required (Schoox, SuccessFactors preferred)
