Job Title: VC/AV Engineer



Location: San Francisco, CA Onsite from Day 1st.

Job Description



Duties and Responsibilities:



Provide professional-level live event and video production services for high-level meetings and events with proficiency in all crew disciplines



Setting up and operating equipment for live events, video conferences, video productions, and live webcasts



Maintain the integrity of video equipment and video infrastructure throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance as directed with supervision and guidance, initiate fast and efficient repairs on hardware, software, and other production technology systems as needed



As directed, set up and install equipment such as microphones, audio speakers, video displays and projectors, video cameras, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound amplifiers, and video compression equipment



Assist with the installation and testing of equipment and multimedia systems



Daily monitoring and answering of service tickets in a consistent and timely manner



Create documentation and provide AV pro tips for end users.



Monitor all AV and broadcast equipment and track inventory



Diagnose, test, and resolve AV and broadcast equipment and infrastructure



Perform regular checks and maintenance on all AV infrastructure based on Company s provided templates and procedures



Interface with the Company s AV Engineers and AV vendors to ensure the scope of work has been completed



Work in close partnership with IT support and Video teams (where applicable) to resolve technical AV issues



Will submit a weekly or bi-weekly status report. Format and content to be discussed with the Company once the services start.



Learn and utilize safety procedures and practices



Document standard job processes, work performed, steps taken to resolve, and pertinent equipment information
