- We are seeking DSP Communications Engineers with TS/SSBI/SCI for Roles in Tucson, AZ; Denver, CO; and Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate has a TS/SSBI/SCI Security Clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated capability in scientific programming with C, C++, or a similar high-level language on Unix/Linux. 5+ years of experience in practical system development and deployment is desired.
- We seek self-starters who love the desert and want to work in a multidisciplinary R& D environment with similarly motivated electrical engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists. Together, they are responsible for creating custom digital signal processing solutions and communications systems supporting national security defense.
- We have three position for this role based out in Tucson, AZ; Denver, CO; and Chantilly, VA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conceive, analyze, design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software-based solutions for modern communications systems.
- Implementation includes algorithm development, hardware control, GUI design, and database development.
- Demonstrate disciplined work habits leading to well-structured, documented, and carefully tested products.
- Direct interaction with end users and customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or other equivalent field of discipline.
- Demonstrated capability in scientific programming with C, C++, or a similar high-level language on Unix/Linux.
- Strong background in DSP or communications theory.
Desired:
- Master's or Ph D in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or other equivalent field of discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in practical system development and deployment.
- X-Midas or MATLAB experience.
