What You'll Do at Pega:
Use your superpowers of organization to ensure all People operations processes exceed delivery expectations, on time.
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Coordinate candidate information by maintaining high level of accuracy in our applicant tracking system.
Propose creative ideas on how to improve the candidate and employee experience through automation and self service.
Manage the candidate background check process from end-to-end.
Ensure all standard operating procedures, process documentation, and service catalogs are continuously updated/maintained.
Adhere to service level agreements.

You are an excellent multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously.

Worked in a corporate office environment in a fast-paced setting.
Developed a strong relationship among other professionals and senior management.
You have been in a customer service focused role interacting with customers
What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
1-3+ years’ experience in HR
Strong Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel
HR Reporting/Metrics experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to details
Excellent organizational skills
Strong desire to learn about the Human Resources profession
