Position: Travel Med Surg RN



Assignment Duration: 13 weeks



Requirements:



- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Med Surg RN



- Active NH State RN license or compact state license



- Flexibility to work night or day shifts



Responsibilities:



- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit



- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed



- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans



- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and post-discharge instructions



- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and maintain accurate patient records
