Technical Support Engineer
Overview

Responsibilities
Deliver expert-level support through phone and email during standard business hours
Guide users through technical challenges and system applications
Log support activity in the CRM system and collaborate closely with sales team members
Develop technical content such as tutorials, sample programs, documentation, and demo units
Lead and support product training initiatives for both internal staff and external partners
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows (occasional travel up to 10%)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
for automation or control systems
Familiarity with PLC programming, control panel design, and industrial equipment integration
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs); must hold a valid drivers license
