Job Details: We are looking for passionate and safe drivers to become training mentors for our trainee drivers. Help develop the next generation of CDL A drivers while gaining financially.
Top trainers can earn up to $120,000 a year. Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student's miles. Additional pay for having a student on the truck.

Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license. 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years or 6 months of Class A experience within the last year. No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years. Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests. Additional Trainer Qualifications: Minimum of 30 days with Knight. Must have at least 60,000 Miles solo & 1 winter season driving OTR. Must be willing to run a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.
