Warehouse Associate Shift B - Jefferson, GA



Shift Hours: 4pm-2:30am (TUES-FRI)



Overtime Hours: 4PM 4AM (when needed)



Required Qualifications:



They will be required to be on an order picker that goes 36 off the ground



Associate will be required to drive a Forklift, operate a Cherry Picker, Turret, Hand Jack and other equipment as required to provide the support help needed to run their department in the most efficient and economical manner.



Will be required to, but not limited to, transporting, storing, retrieving, identifying, sorting, stacking, auditing, locating parts and supplies.



Accurately and efficiently put-away or pick material



Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.



Participate in team/safety meetings.



Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the facility through the 5s methodology.



Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:



Ability to operate a computers and scanners



Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate well within all levels of the organization



Capable of handling multiple tasks at once



Demonstrate ability to adjust to sudden changes in operational goals/demands.



Detailed/results oriented



Ability to read, comprehend and carry out simple instructions from oral or written communications.

Stand up for 8+ hours



Bending, pushing, and lifting of 30 pounds, assist-lift over 35lbs or more



Available working in cold and hot environment (not climate controlled)



Preferred Skills:



We are looking for qualified associates with a good work ethic and the desire to become a full-time Hubbell employee



1-2 years experience in warehouse (minimum of 6-months)
