Job Description:



loading equipment on pallets for project. Scanning devices on pallet, wrapping pallets and moving to truck



Basic excel skills and good organization skills



Responsibilities:



Loading Equipment on Pallets: The warehouse technician is responsible for efficiently and safely loading equipment onto pallets according to the project specifications. This may involve using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other appropriate equipment to handle heavy or bulky items.



Scanning Devices on Pallets: The technician must use scanning devices or barcode scanners to accurately record and track the items being loaded onto each pallet. This helps in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensures proper documentation for shipping and receiving processes.



Wrapping Pallets: After loading the equipment, the warehouse technician should securely wrap the pallets using stretch wrap or other packaging materials. Properly wrapped pallets protect the items during transit and prevent damage.



Organizing Inventory: As part of the job, the warehouse technician needs to demonstrate good organization skills to keep track of inventory and ensure that the right items are being loaded onto the correct pallets. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area is crucial for efficient operations.



Moving Pallets to Trucks: Once the pallets are ready, the technician is responsible for safely moving them to the designated trucks or loading areas. This may involve navigating through the warehouse, loading docks, or staging areas.



Basic Excel Skills: The warehouse technician should have basic knowledge of Excel to update and maintain inventory records, generate reports, and perform basic data entry tasks related to the loading and shipping process.
